Breakfast Foods

Just get things rolling a little bit.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. You've heard it a million times from doctors, parents and friends: "You need breakfast for energy for the rest of the day."

Unfortunately much of the time we are all to lazy or just don't have the time to get any sustenance in the morning. If this is the case, this then list is for you.

Convenient Breakfast Foods

  • Eggs. Frying them up and putting them on some toast won't take more than fifteen minutes.
  • Bagel with butter and cream cheese. The quickest, and easiest, breakfast. Throw it in the toaster and slap on some butter - you'll get energy for the rest of the morning.
  • Fruit. If you really don't have time just grab some fruit for the road. A banana or an apple - or both - will give you the most nutrients and as well as energy.
  • Cereal. Everyone has time for at least one bowl of cereal. I suggest getting one that is rich with vitamins.
